Last May 25, 2009, Bulyaw Mariguen and Jason Laxamana of Kamaru productions were featured at the Palawan News Patrol (the only local tv station in Palawan). Matinlo productions is a DTI-Registered Puerto Princesa-based production company that produces, sources funds, finances, promotes and distributes film, audio & video products which aim to promote and enrich Palawan's cultural heritage. Its first project is the production of the FIRST ORIGINAL FILIPINO-CUYONO ROCK ALBUM of the Cuyono Rock Band-Bulyaw Mariguen and the promotion of the album through the production of Bulyaw Mariguen's music videos, the facilitation of Bulyaw Mariguen's TV& radio guestings, and concerts and the setting up of their online sites.
Matinlo in the Cuyono language means 'pleasing to the senses and the mind.'
